I wish that everyone I know who worked so hard to make this historic event a reality could join us in Washington DC for this celebration. I don't know how easy or difficult it will be to post once we join the millions of others who are converging on our nation's capital for the inauguration of Barack Obama, but I will try to give you an idea of what we're experiencing as we're experiencing it if I can.

ReplyDeleteThanks for doing this, Amy. It really adds to the excitement of the day for the rest of us. I just walked out of Crimi auditorium where many in the AU community watched the main event. I think the sky is a little more blue, the air a little more clear, the snow sparkling a little brighter now.
